The hotel was quaint and the location was amazing and lovely very close to the historic nature, restaurants and picture galleries. All the rooms were extremely pleasant in case of the ventilation system, had a charming atmosphere.
Ordered breakfast, it was usual, it should definitely be improved, really.

The staff and management were extremely accommodating, and very friendly. The food was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and modern, and they had the most stunning shower gel in the rooms. I bought 4 bottles when leaving from a farm down the road. We will definitely be returning.
The only negative was street parking

I had the most wonderful stay at Tulbagh Boutique Heritage Hotel. The warm welcome I received from the staff immediately made me feel at home. One particular staff member, Louise, remembered me from my previous visits, which truly impressed me. The hotel's beautiful landscaped gardens and pool areas were the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location of the hotel in Tulbagh was ideal for exploring the surrounding winelands and enjoying the chilled and quirky atmosphere. The room I stayed in was both comfortable and beautifully decorated. The food at the sit-down restaurant was simply amazing. The overall experience made my visit memorable and I can't wait to return. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as a smaller room size and the absence of a bathtub, I highly recommend Tulbagh Boutique Heritage Hotel. I had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good central location and great staff. We stayed in the Pieter Potter room in the Annex. All rooms were beautifully decorated albeit with some little oddities due to the age of the building. (E.G. our shower cubicle was in our room and not in an actual bathroom. We both had the springbok steak on the first night we were there. Amazing! Also, given a complimentary bottle of wine when we left. Very nice.
Not the hotel's fault but ours. Travelling with my mother and the room we booked was a four poster which meant the bed was a tiny bit smaller than some of the other super-king size beds in the other rooms which might have been more comfortable. But very nice for a couple.
